The Hilton Birmingham Downtown at UAB underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation and rebranding. This undertaking transformed the property into a modern, high-end hospitality destination. This massive project revitalized the hotel’s public face and enhanced the overall guest experience. Its design reflects its prominent location near the UAB campus and the downtown core.

Business Interiors was proud to be a key partner in executing the interior design vision. We collaborated closely with CCR Architecture and Interiors and Rives Construction. Our task was to provide the comprehensive furniture solutions required for the large-scale renovation of the public spaces. Therefore, our role was to deliver furnishings that met the demanding standards of the Hilton brand for quality, durability, and luxury aesthetic.

Furnishing the Public Experience
The project scope focused entirely on high-traffic, guest-facing amenity areas. This required careful selection of durable, stylish pieces designed to set a modern, sophisticated tone:

The scope also included specialized furnishings for the hotel’s new bar and restaurant concepts. This scope further covered renovated meeting and event spaces. This ensured versatile, comfortable arrangements for both large conferences and intimate gatherings.

The successful completion of this major renovation cemented the hotel’s place as a premier destination in Birmingham. Business Interiors delivered the high-quality, large-volume furnishings required to support the Hilton’s elevated guest experience. The project successfully combined modern luxury with functional elegance, ensuring the property is equipped to serve the city for years to come.
