Pen Air | Corporate Headquarters Expansion

Back in January 2020, Pensacola-based Pen Air Federal Credit Union celebrated the groundbreaking of their new Corporate Campus Headquarters, a new building to be located behind what was their current Corporate Office.

Fast forward to January 2022; the building is finished, furniture is installed, employees are at their desks, and the teams involved are thankful that the large project is finally completed!

The newest corporate office for Pen Air employees consists of three floors, nearly 50,000 square feet of conditioned space, and a 2,400 square foot rooftop terrace. From private offices to workstations, common areas, conference rooms, training rooms, indoor furniture, and outdoor furniture, the office has it all.

BI team members worked with both Pen Air and DAG Architects Inc. to make the final project a stunning success.
